Privacy Policy

1. All the payments must be made to Canvaas Softwares or to the founder of Canvaas Softwares.

2. Canvaas Softwares is not responsible for any deals made by its employees unless and until a contract is being signed between the company and the client.

3. If the employee is found to be indulged in any illegal activities, he/she would be fired immediately and respective legal actions would be taken against him/her. The company shall not be considered responsible for his/her actions.

4. The company could fire the employee without any prior notice.

5. If the complete payment is not made in the decided project time frame, a respective fine on a per day basis will be charged. Until the complete payment (with fine) is not made, the company is not liable to provide any services to the client.

6. Company will not be liable for any kind of refund, if the work has been started & met the required criteria.
